The Best of the Last!

I hope everyone has been settling into summer.  We had a busy weekend with Walker and his parents visiting.  Here are a few of the pics from the last day.  Thank you again to everyone that made the day a celebration of the year.  They are ready for 2nd grade.

Still learning...

With just 1 full day left, we were very busy learning in different ways. 

We started the morning with a little game of kick ball. It was great to see the kids cheering each other on, having confidence to kick, and run their fastest.

We ended the day by comparing the 3 Little Pigs to The True Story. We learned a little about point of view and then finished by building our own Pig Houses. The best part was trying them out against the BIG BAD WOLF!  Only 2 house got puffed down!  I would let them build me a house.
