We are sooooooo close!

We have been working on earning magic squares and we are so close to earning the mystery prize. When the class receives a compliment or meets a goal we earn a box. As we color boxers in, a mystery picture is uncovered and we win the prize! Get ready because PJ day is coming.

Despite a broken down bus...we had the best day! The best weather, the best kids, the best picnic, and the best play!

What a great way to kick off Spring Break... books, friends and a whole lot of inspiration! This week we celebrated Texas Independence Day, Dr. Seuss's Birthday and Read Across America Week! Thank you to Dr. Muri for reading us our book (via the world wide web) at snack time Thursday! Today in Morning meeting we shared why reading is so fun... I can't help but be a little proud at the lifelong readers that are working so hard every day in room 6!

the BIG art day!

Today we celebrated the big art day with lots of creativity! We were able to finish up our Texas Study with a team effort to create the Alamo! It was great to see everyone working together!
